Sitemap, wireframes and designs signed off before code starts.

Build — 2 to 8 weeks, depending on scope
Weekly demos on a staging URL, a shared Slack channel, and one named engineer.

Testing, redirects, analytics, consent banner, Search Console and handover documentation.
