Websites and local search for renovation firms and builders
Project galleries that load, Google listings that match the yard, and pages for kitchens, lofts and extensions — not a one-page “we do everything”.
Free 30-minute consultation. Written scope within two to three working days.
Renovation searches are expensive and patient. Someone looking for a kitchen extension will open five tabs. The site that wins is the one that shows a job like theirs, a process they can follow, and a Maps listing that is not still named after the previous owner.
We build renovation and builder websites with a page per service, a gallery that does not take eight seconds on a phone, and Google Business Profile plus local SEO so the map pack and the site tell the same story. Stock interiors are not a portfolio. If you do not have photos yet, we will say so in the proposal rather than paper over it.
Cornerstone-style product work (configurators, large catalogues) is a different quote. Most renovation firms need the brochure-plus-gallery bundle first.
Who this is for
- Kitchen, bathroom and loft conversion specialists
- General builders taking extensions and refurbs
- Design-and-build firms that need a gallery plus a quote form
- Multi-crew companies covering a county, not the whole UK
What good looks like
Projects, not stock photos
Before/after and in-progress shots you own, on pages Google can index.
One job per page
Kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, lofts — each with its own URL and quote path.
Maps that match the yard
Google Business Profile categories, service area and photos that look like the work you actually do.
The three-part bundle
1. Company website
Service pages, project case studies, process, areas covered and a quote form. WordPress from £1,200 + VAT; larger galleries and configurators quoted as custom work.
2. Google Business Profile
Builder / contractor categories, project photos, posts for completed jobs, and review collection that is not fake star markup on your own site.
3. Local ranking work
Pages and citations for the towns you take work in. “Kitchen renovation Stoke” should land on a kitchen page, not the homepage poem.
The practices behind the bundle: websites, Google Business Profile and local SEO.
What this includes
- Project gallery pages with real photos and locations
- Service pages for kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, lofts
- Quote form with job type and postcode
- Google Business Profile in your account
- Local SEO reported against enquiries
Where we work
We are based at 36 Kirby Street, Stoke-on-Trent, and cover the six towns, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Kidsgrove, Stone, Stafford, Leek and into Cheshire — plus remote delivery anywhere in the UK. The Stoke-on-Trent page lists drive times and the local planning quirks that change how a job gets scoped.
Questions
Do I need a 3D visualiser on the site?
Only if you already sell from one. Most renovation firms convert from photos, a process page and a quote form. A configurator is a custom app, quoted separately — see our Cornerstone case study for that shape of work.
Can you rank me for the whole of the UK?
Not honestly, from a Staffordshire yard. We target the towns you will actually drive to. National SEO for a local builder is how you waste a retainer.
